Teresa R. Morimoto received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in December 1988. Ms. Morimoto has extensive civil litigation experience in a variety of cases, representing private individuals and various entities, including corporations, partnerships, homeowners associations, tenants in common, property owners, trustees, and executors, with the primary emphasis on real estate litigation. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits which include disputes involving premises liability, leases, tenancies in common, condominiums, product liability, land subsidence, partition, adverse possession, construction defects including mold claims, and real estate transactions including purchase and sale disputes, non-disclosure claims, and broker liability, as well as litigation over wills, contracts, trusts, tort liability, domestic partnerships, and spousal property.
