ross H. hirsch

Ross H. has been involved in a broad range of commercial litigation, focusing on product defect litigation, contractual disputes, premises liability, and toxic torts. Mr. Hirsch also handles environmental litigation involving Superfund (CERCLA), air, and groundwater contamination matters.

He was the Lead Articles Editor for the Southwestern University Law Review, and he externed at the United States Department of Justice, Environmental and Natural Resource Division, Environmental Enforcement Section.
